With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Jackson of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, who passed away on December 7, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Carlo Biardi; and her children, Jon Jackson and Sheila Walker. She is survived by: her husband J. B. Jackson (Bill); and her children, David Jackson (Pamela), Lynn Breiner (Walter) and Kevin Jackson (Linda). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and additionally 12 great grandchildren.
