Esther Preli Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Preli of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Silvio and Chiarina Montemerlo (Canevaro); her husband Charles Preli; her siblings, Ersilia Montemerlo, Guido Montemerlo (Barbara), Hugo Montemerlo (Elizabeth), Leo Montemerlo (Lena) and Ennio Montemerlo (Rose); and her siblings-in-law, Sylvio Preli, Florence Preli and Josephine Oates (John).
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Sonberg (Don) of Windsor and Carol Bennett (Jonathan) of Suffield; her grandchildren, Ryan Sonberg (Caroline), Chris Sonberg, Dan Bennett and Sarah Bennett; and her brother Lawrence Montemerlo (Claire). She is also survived by eleven nephews and five nieces along with their spouses, children and grandchildren.
