He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leon Deschaine and Annie Deschaine (Bourgoine); his grandchildren, Carla Smith (Megan, Bethany) of Chesapeake, VA, Doreen Slomski (Peter), Lisa Dion (Benoit), Douglas Deschaine (Pamela) of Henderson, NV, Donna Meagher (Michael) and Darren Deschaine of Aldie, VA; his child Eoline Deschaine; and his siblings, Nancy Pion (Arthur), Normand, Leo (Gilman), Harold Deschaine, Madeline Martin, Geraldine Myers, Lorraine Reimers and Gloria Oakes. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
