It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deirdre Starr of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on July 20, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Starr and Isabelle Starr (Jankowski). She is survived by: her siblings, Michael Starr of St. Agatha, ME, Maureen Marinone (Fred) of Windsor Locks, Donna Dennis (Gary) of Windsor Locks, Denise O'Kane (Brian) of Windsor Locks and Brenda Thibodeau (Mark) of Ellington; her significant other Peter Chabot; and her significant other's daughter Amanda Owens. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the Organization for Autism Research or The National Kidney Foundation.
