She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Alaimo and Angela Alaimo (Cavaleri); her grandson Joe Sullivan; and her sister Joyce Frangiamore. She is survived by: her husband Charles Dougan; her daughters, Margaret Pappas (Don) and Marcia Moore (Reeve); her grandchildren, Tara Sullivan, Nicholas, Alexander Pappas, Ian, Jenna Woods, Hunter and Mcgovren Moore; her siblings, Esther Alaimo of West Hartford, Charles "Chic" Alaimo of Ellington and Matthew Alaimo, Jr. (Susan) of Punta Gorda, FL; and her sister-in-law Janet Varrick (Bob).
