She was predeceased by: her parents, John McDonald and MaryAnn McDonald (Williams); her son Michael Cook; her brother John McDonald, Jr.; and her son-in-law Daniel Melinosky.

She is survived by: her spouse Francis Cook, Sr.; her children, Francis Cook, Jr. (Victoria) of Feeding Hills, MA, John Cook of Windsor Locks and Kathleen Melinosky of Windsor Locks; and her grandchildren, Paige Cook of Feeding Hills, MA, Jordan Cook of Westfield, MA, Emily Rocheleau (Kevin) of Ansonia and Thomas Melinosky (Hillary) of Chicopee, MA..
