It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil B. Hart Sr. of Windham, Connecticut, born in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, who passed away on July 13, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Sr. Hart and Minnie A. Hart (Swett); his siblings, Walter Hart, Jr., Preston Hart and Phyllis Webber; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Webber and Red Footman.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Hart (Bessette); his children, Neil B. Hart, Jr. (Sandra), Dawn (Bob) of Washington, Van Heinz (Amie), Douglas Hart (Cathy), Wendy Shaw (Timothy), Sharon Phaneuf (Alan), Blaine Hart (Sandra) and Christy Meikel; and his sister Ardist Footman. He is also survived by 13 grandkids and 12 great grandchildren.
