It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Mathis of Windham, Connecticut, born in Greenwich, Connecticut, who passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Juan and Mary Juan (Polaski); her sister Linda (Richard Vertefeuillle); her grandsons, Alan and Adam Ritch; and her grandson-in-law Robert Krajewski.

She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Smith of Windham, CT and John (Kendra) of Providence Forge, VA; her grandchildren, Hope Mathis, Jaime Krajewski and Jesse Ritch; and her sister Karen Mackewicz (Michael) of Lebanon, CT. She is also survived by three great grandsons; one great-great granddaughter.
