Jeannette Richard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeannette Richard (Windham, Connecticut), who passed away on December 31, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Napoleon Richard and Rose Richard (Noël); and her brother Edgar Richard. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Ann-Marie Richard of North Dakota; and her sister Gloria Whittles. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
