It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Milliard (Windham, Connecticut), born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on May 4, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pete Milliard and Delina Milliard (Campion); his close friend Bob Lussier; his wife Annie; his daughters, Carrie Blackmar (Rich) of Putnam and Catherine Bazinet (Rob) of Pomfret; his grandchildren, Asa, Iris Bazinet, Lauren, Morgan Blackmar, Flee, Moose and Squirrel; and his sisters, Arlene Edmonston of Woodstock and Theresa Bittgood. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
In true Jim fashion, he went and died during a global pandemic so services will be small and private for now.
He was looking forward to an upcoming charity concert in August with The Great Garage Band.
