He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gustave Henry and Ida Hassler; his wife Estelle Hassler (Masse); his children, Audrey (Jack Babbitt), Donna (Daniel Elliott), Denise (James Almon), Carl Hassler of Colchester, Mark Hassler of Vermont, Lois (Mark Patros), Eric (Kathryn Hassler), David (Kelly Hassler), Donald (Sara Hassler), James (Mary K Hassler), Thomas (Toni Hassler) and Mary-Louise (Maurice Lacasse); and his grandchildren, Heather (Adam Kravet), Adam Babbitt (Keith Sheppard), Damian (Madison Babbitt), David Babbitt, Vanessa, Kyle, Daniel Elliott, Joseph (Cara Almon), Sara (Justin Wasley), James (Anna Almon), Olivia Almon (John Guglielmoni), Patrick Almon, Eric (Linda Patros), Dr. Connor Patros, Dr. Kellyn Patros, Benjamin, Samuel, William Hassler, Gage Hassler, Mason, Estelle, David Hassler, Allyson, Nicholas, Chelsea Hassler, Colin Hassler, Jamie, Catherine, Emily, Laura, Gustave Lacasse and Nina Johnson. He was also cherished by 17 great grandchildren.
