She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis Handfield of Franklin, CT; her parents, Alfred Brown and Mary Brown (Rogers); her siblings, Betty Sterry and Charles Brown; her nephews, Charlie and Jeff; and her niece Nancy.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Beisiegel (Russell) of Franklin, CT and Mark Starkweather of Gettysburg, PA; her grandchildren, Jaime and Jeremy; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Kyla and Tripp; her stepchildren, Jerry, Jim, John, Philip, Charlie, Richard Handfield, Carol Valone and Betty Kasacek; and her sister-in-law Doris Clark. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
