She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Beeney and Sarah Evelyn Beeney; and her siblings, Rosalie Martone and Roland Beeney. She is survived by: her husband Prescott Baxter; her children, Bruce Baxter (Cheryl), Sharon Turkia (Michael), Beverly Huber (Joseph Clark) and Barbara Bohonowicz (Mark Linskens); her grandchildren, Christian, Jennifer, Brett, Lee Ann, Brittany, Joel, Cameron, Nicole, Kyle and Kayla; and her great grandchildren, Carissa, Courtney, Catherine, Caroline, Kane, Emily, Jace and Julia.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bernice's memory may be made to one of her favorite charities, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org.
