She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Mansfield Toms (Bud); her parents, Fred Spadaccini and Dorothy Spadaccini (Manuel); and her son Paul Toms. She is survived by: her brothers, Fred Spadaccini (Barbara) and Anthony Spadaccini (Ginny); her son Howard B. Toms III (Tracy); her daughter-in-law Theresa; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Jud), Brian, Stephen, Joshua (Monica) and Holly (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Amelia, Cole, Madison, Mason and Claire. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
