It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kurt Marut (Wilton, Connecticut), born in Stoneham, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Andy Marut and Beth Marut of Redding, CT.; his wife Jennifer of Westlake Village, CA.; his brothers, Matt Marut (Katelyn) of Norwalk, CT. and Ryan Marut (Dani); his uncle Mark Marut (Cindy) of Farmington, CT.; and his aunts, Cathy Giulietti (John) of New Britain, CT., Charlene Rogers and Sharon O'Donnell (Leo) of Parrish, FL.. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family, good friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you consider a donation to Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization dedicated to reversing the addiction crisis in the U.S., or D.A.R.E., dedicated to teaching students' good decision-making skills to help them lead safe and healthy lives.
