He is survived by: his wife Angie Colbert; his son Joseph; his daughter-in-law Christina Colbert of Wilton; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Christopher and Michael; his sister Carol Ann (John Odrey) of Irwin; his brother-in-law Joseph (Deborah Calo); his niece Jessica; his nephew Jeff; and his great-nephew Matthew.
In lieu of flowers, Joe's request was that donations be made to a charity that he supported most of his life, the Disabled American Veterans (https://www.dav.org).
