He is survived by: his children, Isam Kaoud of Bethel, Joanne Kaoud Simpson (Howard) of Milford and Fred Kaoud Jr. (Cindy) of Wilton; his grandchildren, Laura, Fuad, Lucas, Lucia, Isabella, Neil, John Kaoud, Emma and Ella Simpson; and his siblings, Randy Kaoud of Woodbridge, Abe Kaoud of Woodbridge, Wedad Elfar, Wadi Kaoud, Sam Kaywood and Oriental Rugs.
