She was predeceased by: her parents, P. Howard Ganther and Oleta Ganther; her husband Peter Chisholm Dowling; and her brother H. Bradley Ganther. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Paul Dowling of Litchfield, CT, Lauren Anne Dowling of Cos Cob, CT and Denise Gale Dowling of South Portland, ME; and her grandson Peter.
