She was predeceased by: her parent Jesper A. Ness. She is survived by: her parent Harriett Tillie Ness; her son Joseph C. Celmer III; her wife Kristin Celmer of Southbridge, MA; her grandchildren, Jacquline M. Celmer of Southbridge, MA and Michael P. Celmer of Southbridge, MA; her sister Penny Washington of Washington State; her husband Joseph C. Celmer Jr; her friends, Michael Witek and Diane Witek; and also Raymond K. Celmer (Wendy Hamlin) of Willngton, CT. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
