He is survived by: his parents, Donald Hoffman and Barbara Hoffman (Klee); his wife Laurie Hoffman (Dupuis); his son Charles D. Hoffman (Sarah); his granddaughter Taylor Hoffman; his sisters, Linda Anselmo (Joseph) and Nancy Dwire (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Ann Gile (Mike), Barbara Dupuis (Mary Vashalifski), Kenny Dupuis (Laurie), Ulric Dupuis (Marilyn) and John Dupuis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
