Zigrida Rose Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zigrida Rose (Willimantic, Connecticut), who passed away on January 27, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Hermine; her stepfather Gustavs Dzintarnieks (Raymond Rose); her son Erwin Rose; and her sister Sylvia Vissak. She is survived by: her mother-in-law Anna; her children, Roland Rose (Barbara) of Easton, PA., Benita Rose (Tony Gibbs) of Prescott, AZ and Nora Ronnau (Doug) of Agawam, MA.; her grandchildren, Cara Mittler of Easthampton, MA, Molly Mittler of Agawam, MA and Victoria Gibbs of Prescott, AZ.; her sister-in-law Astrida Olds of Bloomfied, CT; and her niece Lisa Heath (James) of Southwick, MA..
To honor Zigrida and recognize her affection for cats, the family asks that in in lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the Connecticut Humane Society (cthumane.org).
