Kozelka (Willimantic, Connecticut), born in Manchester, Connecticut, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her son Paul Kozelka, Jr. (Dotty); her grandchild Allison (Matt Weeks); her great grandchildren, Kade and Cam Weeks; her daughter Elizabeth Kozelka (Bohdan Dmytrasz); her granddaughter Megan (David Klein); her great grandchildren, Emily, Abby and Alex; her sister Patsy Daly; her sister-in-law Lynn Stevenson; and also, Patrick (Erin), Harrison and Henry.
