She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis E. Rood and Helen C. Rood. She is survived by: her children, Andrew, JoAnne, Craig and Paige; and her grandchildren, Andy, Matthew, Jared, Jacob, Kianne, Jessilyn, Isaiah, Devin, Nathan, Cale, Sienna and Grant.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her honor to local animal shelters and shelters for abused women and the homeless.
