She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Donald Blanchette, Kelli Blanchette (Juneann), Randall Luciani (Kimberly) and Stacey Valliere; her great-niece Rachel; her niece Gina Mellady (Kendra); and her nephew Richard Mellady Jr. (Deb).
