He is survived by: his wife Penelope Ouellette of Willimantic; his sons, Raymond Ouellette Jr. of Pensacola, FL. and Eric Ouellette of Lebanon, CT; his grandsons, Kendall Ouellette of Pelham and Christian Belles-Ouellette of Lebanon, CT; and his sister Marguerite Ouellette of Manchester.
