She was predeceased by: her father Jack Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Chadwell Jr. of Willimantic, CT; her children, Marsha Chadwell (Brian) of Colchester, CT, Karina Chadwell of Willimantic, CT and Gerald Chadwell; her mother Rosemary Johnson of Rialto, CA; and her sister Ginger Slater (Scott) of Perris, CA. She is also survived by three brothers Rev. James Johnson (Tejuanna) of Natchez, MS, Dennis Johnson (Joyce) of Sacramento, CA, Rick Johnson of CA and many nieces and nephews.
