He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Miner and Dorothe Miner (Tuthill); and his siblings, Erik Miner, Patrice Miner and Loretta Zahansky.

He is survived by: his siblings, Pamela Barrea (Donald), John Collins (Diana), Jacquelyn Collins and Kay Miner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
