He was predeceased by: his parents, Donat Provencher and Alice Provencher (Hould). He is survived by: his siblings, Rolanda Schlehofer of Willimantic, Raymond Provencher of Manchester, Joseph Provencher of North Windham and Rita Guay of Harker Heights, TX. He is also survived by 4 nieces and 4 nephews.
