He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Bailey and Helen Bailey (Postemski). He is survived by: his son Dallas Bailey of Hartford, CT; his siblings, Kathryn Spector (Robert) of Chelmsford, MA, Louise Bailey-Montes and John Bailey (Lisa) of Lebanon, CT; the mother of his child Vicki Barney; his stepsons, Shawn, Justin and Kyle; his nieces, Cheryl, Carie and Robyn; and his nephew Robert Montes. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
