He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Osuba and Leonor Osuba Aviles. He is survived by: his wife Carlina Osuba; his children, Leula Torres (Angel Luis) of Anasco, Puerto Rico, Ludy Vazquez of Willimantic, CT, Juan Osuba Jr. (Gayl) of Windham, CT and Isabel Stawicki (Daryl) of Goose Creek; his grandchildren, Jaime Vazquez Jr., Nancy Seguin, John Osuba III, Eliza Torres, Jessica Edwards, Lisa Osuba, Angie Torres, Samuel Vazquez, Rebecca Rodriguez, Nicole Osuba, Melissa Fleming and Alexandra Vazquez; and his siblings, Alicia Osuba, Jose Osuba Jr and Jaime Osuba. He is also survived by his 13 great grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews.
