It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Ouellet of Willimantic, Connecticut, who passed away on June 30, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ouellet and Germaine Ouellet; his former wife Janet Ouellet; his brother Robert Ouellet; his daughter-in-law Teresa Ouellet; and his granddaughter Melissa Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Card; his children, David Ouellet (Susan), Jane Prouty (David) and Jim Ouellet; his grandchildren, Josh Ouellet, Zacchary Ouellet (Nicki), Trevor Ouellet, Emily Ouellet-Rios (Ruben), Dylan Ouellet and Carly Ouellet; and his stepgrandchildren, Zachary, Delaney Card, Alex and Gracie Card.
