He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bonafine and Concetta Bonafine (Fiorito); and his daughter Jean Grahn. He is survived by: his sons, John Bonafine III (Dale Bonafine) and Michael J Bonafine (Rita Bonafine). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren.
