It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean O'Connor (Willimantic, Connecticut), born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on June 3, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her great-grandparent Jean; her parents, David Barlow and Loretta Barlow; her husband Arthur; her daughters, Eileen, Joanne, Diane and Mary; and her siblings, Mary Lou, Patricia, Art and Robert. She was also cherished by two sons in law, nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
