He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Richard and Albertine Richard (Blais); and his siblings, Albert Richard, Ellen Richard and Lucian Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Prescille; his children, Jacinthe Jaskulski (Thomas), Francois Richard, Mark Richard and Michel Richard (Catherine); his grandchildren, Stephanie Deason (William), Ethan Jaskulski (Kathryn), Christopher Richard, Alex Richard, Andrea Jaskulski (Matthew Farrell) and Samantha Richard; his siblings, Renee Richard (Mireille), Monique Champigny (Aurel), Camille Richard (Ginette) and Benoit Richard; and his sister-in-law Marie Richard.
Fernand was a long-time staple on the sidelines of Frenchy Foundation Willi-MAC softball games and was exceptionally proud of his six grandchildren.
