He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Hildegard Walz; his daughters, Tanya Manning (Dennis) and Stella Holly Hewlett (Mike); his siblings, Richard Walz and Anna Heise (Herbert); his nephew David; his great-niece Christina; his sister Emma Walz-Vaitkus (Kastytis); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Zachary, Allison, Erik Jr, Ilyana and Kayden; and also Erika Walz (Jack McManus).
