He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Czajka and Verna Czajka (McTott). He is survived by: his wife Carol Czajka (Phillips); his son Michael Mather (Kristen) of Avon; his siblings, William Czajka (Mindy) of Norwich, Patricia Phaneuf (Robert) of Willimantic and Mary Lou DelMastro (Robert) of Lebanon; and his grandchildren, Robert Mather, Shantel Mather, Anderson Ernst, Owen Mather and Kathryn Mather. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
