He was predeceased by: his father Carlos Santiago. He is survived by: his mother Carmen Mangual; and his siblings, Carlos "Wee" Santiago, Walter Santiago, Marixza Santiago, Maribel Santiago, Veronica Torres, Ramonita Santiago and Maria Santiago. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
