He is survived by: his daughter Mary Riley Wheeler; his friends, Lodge and Trolley Pub; his grandchildren, Sharon Wheeler, Judith Wheeler Baker and Kenneth Wheeler; his sisters, Aja Baker, Marley and Vaughn; his nephew Michael Sypher; and his niece Kathleen Sypher Johnson.
