She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Rodriguez and Gregoria Morales; her spouse Flor Otero Nieves of Dorado; and her brother Rogelio. She is survived by: her children, Carmen G. Otero (Fuentes), Flor E. Otero (Rivera), Xiomara Otero (Serrano), Hommy Otero and Janira Casanova; and her siblings, Amelia, Juan, Juana and Laura. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
