She is survived by: her husband Juan Quintana; her children, Nelivel Quintana and Juan Quintana Jr.; her daughter-in-law Osiris Quintana; her grandchildren, Jacqueline Velez, Antonio Velez Jr., Nathaniel Quintana and Alexander Quintana; and her siblings, Eulogio Alvarez, Dolores "Loli" Alvarez and Ceferino "Cefo" Alvarez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
