He is survived by: his children, Luis Fernandez (Bernice) of Willimantic, David Fernandez of Milwaukee, WI, Leida Pacheco (Juan) of Willimantic, Ricardo Fernandez of Willimantic and Adriana Fernandez (Oscar Rios) of Willimantic. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
