He was predeceased by: his grandfather Gonzalo Ortiz. He is survived by: his fathers, Shaun Wade and Janellie Cervonayco (Ortiz); his son Calvin Wade; his brother Xavion Sanchez; his girlfriend Elizabeth "Liz" Houle; and his grandparents, Henry, Lori Wade, Ed and Maria Boisvert (Ortiz). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
