He was predeceased by: his father Pedro Hernandez; and his siblings, Sonia Hernandez and Johnny Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his sons, Jorge Pagan of Jacksonville, FL and Amilcar Hernandez, Jr. (Marilyn Rentas) of Willimantic; his mother Ada Iris Torres; his stepmother Miriam Hernandez; his grandchildren, Akilles Pagan, Atreus Pagan, Leilani Jimenez, Eliana Cotto and Lorenzo; his siblings, Wanda Hernandez of Cleveland, OH, Mariluz Colon of Puerto Rico, Karen Colon of Willimantic, Cynthia Hernandez of Puerto Rico, Erika Hernandez of Puerto Rico, Vanessa Hernandez of Puerto Rico and Nigel Hernandez of Puerto Rico; his extended family Amilcar; and his sister-in-law Rosa. He is also survived by Brother and Sisters-in-Law, nieces and nephews.
