She was predeceased by: her parents, Isidra Nunez and Mauricio Rivera; her husband Angel Mercado Rivera; her sons, Eulogio Lisboa and Hector Muniz; and her siblings, Audeliz Rivera, Andres Montalvo and Rosa Rivera.
She is survived by: her sister Santa Rivera (Efrain); her children, Eduardo Lopez of New Jersey, Jorge Lopez (Maira) of Ohio, Guillermo Lopez (Maria), Ramona Lopez (Andres Cruz), Milagros Lopez of Florida and Angel Mercado of Willimantic; and her grandchildren, Andres Cruz Jr., Lillian Cruz, Raquel Cruz, Christian Cruz, Israel Alvarez Jr. (Diana), Jinnette Bonilla (Carlos), Moises Alvarez (Carrie), Leonardo Alvarez, Madeline Rodriguez, Yolanda Lopez, Jorge Lopez Jr., Sully Lopez, Nicole Lisboa, Natasha Lisboa and Christopher Lisboa. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
