She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexandro Manna and Olga La Manna (Colletta); her former husband John Cook; and her brothers, Frank and Al Lamanna.

She is survived by: her children, John Cook of Las Vegas, NV, Alexis-Marie Cook of Rocky Hill, Christopher of Wethersfield and Gerard Cook of Wethersfield; her grandchildren, Abigail-Marie Smith, Benjamin Smith, Isabella Cook and Sofia; and her sisters, Theresa Martarella of Seneca Falls, NY and Marie Gibson of Port Charlotte, FL..
