She was predeceased by: her brother Thomas W. O'Keefe III; her nephew Timothy J. O'Keefe (Victoria); and her great-nephews, Sean and David. She is survived by: her brothers, John Gerald O'Keefe, Jr. (Martha) of Bethlehem and Andrew Joseph O'Keefe (Barbara) of Cromwell; her nieces and nephews, Katherine O. Thomsen (Jeffrey), Peter K. O'Keefe (Gloria), Patricia O. Dwyer (Robert), Thomas W. O'Keefe IV (Jerilyn), Matthew J. O'Keefe (Cathlyn) and Kevin J. O'Keefe; her cousin Grace M. Lineberry (Thomas); her goddaughter Jean D. Maxwell; and her friends, Leona Griswold and Ruth Shields. She is also survived by 31 grandnieces and grandnephews and 3 great-grandnieces and 1 great-grandnephew.
