He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard N. Collins Sr. and Lucina Gorneault; and his brother Mark Collins. He is survived by: his brothers, Allen "Brian" Collins (Karleen) of Bristol, Garry Collins of Bristol and Larry Collins of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
