He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa A. May (DiBella); his parents, Rose May (Emonds) and Stanton May; his son Nicholas S. May Jr.; his son-in-law Paul DeJohn; and his siblings, Stanton Albert May (Audree) and Joan Francis (Raymond).
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Havens, Ann Marie DeJohn of Wethersfield, CT, Cecile May of Rocky Hill, CT, James May (Sri Marcus) and Raymond May (Cathy) of Atlantic Highlights, NJ; his brother Robert May (Barbara) of Wethersfield, CT; his grandchildren, Kristen Havens, Paul DeJohn Jr., Michael DeJohn, Gregory Havens, Nicholas May III, Thomas May and Hanalee May; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Juliet May, Charlotte DeJohn, Thomas May, Cooper DeJohn, Violet May, Sydney and Madison Daggett. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Funeral Home (580 Elm St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
