She was predeceased by: her spouse John J. Bialaski; and her siblings, Joseph Oquisanti, Tony Oquisanti, Margaret Maura and Anne Klemyk.
She is survived by: her parents, Matthew Oquisanti and Amelia Oquisanti; her children, Bruce Bialaski (Lisa) of Largo, FL, Linda Sapienza (Joseph) of Hartford and Johnna Gurr (Ronald) of Hamden; and her grandchildren, Austin Bialaski, Gretchen, Jeremy, Lauren and Sam Gurr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
