He was predeceased by: his parents, Raffaele Carullo and Sabbia Carullo. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Carullo of Wethersfield; his children, Veronica (Matthew) of Ridgefield, CT and Mario (Alessandra) of Glastonbury, CT; his granddaughters, Aria, Aviana of Ridgefield, Raffaella and Domenica of Glastonbury; and his siblings, Nicoletta, Tony, Ida and Frank of Astoria.
